A. A yoga mat is helpful. Blocks, straps, or bolsters can also support your practice, but all equipment you need will be provided.

A. Yes, card and cash payments accepted.

A. No, flexibility comes with practice. Yoga is for every body type and ability level, and poses can always be modified.
Q. What should I wear for yoga?
A. Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You don’t need anything fancy.
